Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mirsad Vilić and his deputy Ranko Vuković received today an inaugural visit from the newly appointed Security Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr Nicholas Pietrowicz.
Director Vilić informed the guest about the responsibilities of the Directorate and its role in the security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also presented the future planned activities covered by the Strategic plan for the development of the Directorate which relate to the strengthening of communication, coordination and cooperation both with the police agencies in BiH and with international partners, as well as providing security to the persons and facilities that are protected.
Security Attaché Pietrowicz pointed out that U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina recognized the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH as a reliable partner in all aspects of cooperation so far, through the exchange of information and organization of the trainings and courses for the police officers. He also expressed his belief that this cooperation will continue to take place successfully and professionally in the future.
