Director Selimović congratulated Šušnja, who is serving in the international police mission, on outstanding courage and sacrifice during the rescue of passengers from the burning plane in South Sudan.
As a reminder, the airplane with the humanitarian workers skid off runway, turned over and caught fire. The first who came to help, were police officers Mišo Kesić and Goran Šušnja. With no hesitation, they put out the fire in the plane, evacuated the injured passengers and gave them first aid.
