Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina Enes Karić received on an inaugural visit Lieutenant Colonel Louis Boquien, Internal Security Attaché of the Embassy of France in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting was also attended by deputy directors Đuro Knežević and Goran Amidžić.
During the meeting it was discussed about possibilities for improving cooperation between the security institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and France were with a special emphasis on the exchange of experiences and best practices in the field of internal security, as well as strengthening joint activities in the fight against organized crime and other security challenges.
Director Karić thanked for the continuous support that France provides to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of security, emphasizing the importance of partnership relations and international cooperation. Lieutenant Colonel Boquien expressed his readiness to continue and deepen cooperation and emphasized the importance of mutual trust and coordination in achieving common goals.
This inaugural visit confirms the joint commitment to further developing partnership relations and strengthening security capacities in the service of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region.
