The formal ceremony and awarding of certificates were attended by the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, H.E. Yasser Sorour, director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH Mirsad Vilić, and others.
During 2022, two training courses took place in the organization of the Arab Republic of Egypt in which the members of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina participated.
Ten police officers of the Directorate completed successfully two courses: “Security of State Borders” and “Protection of persons and securing of important facilities”.
In his address, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt H.E. Yasser Sorour emphasized the extremely important role of training courses in promoting the security of state borders, safeguarding persons, and securing important facilities; he also pointed out that similar activities will be taken even in the future to strengthen the cooperation.

represented the continuation of the highly successful cooperation between the
Arab Republic of Egypt and the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of
BiH. This type of training of police officers is of great importance for police
officers from both countries, especially in terms of security, exchange of
experience, and best practices.
