Mirsad Vilić Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH today received for a working visit the second deputy president of the Board for Citizen Complaints on the Work of Police Officers in the Police Bodies of BiH Semir Šut and the members of this Board, Hana Korać and Tihomir Marinčić.
The visit to the Directorate was organized as part of the Board's regular visits to the police bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The participants of the meeting discussed the cooperation of the Board and the Directorate so far, as well as the subjects that the Board considered in the previous period. In addition to the above, past experiences regarding citizens' petitions and complaints were also exchanged.
Director Vilić introduced the Board's delegation to the competences of the Directorate, as well as the tasks and duties that are performed daily within various areas of activity. He pointed out the role and importance of the Directorate in the security system of BiH, emphasizing the conducted activities related to capacity building, both in terms of equipment and training of the officers.
The second deputy chairman of the Board Semir Šut expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation so far and pointed out that in the coming period, as by now, he expects a professional and specialized approach from the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH.
