Police Attaché of the Republic of Italy, Giovanni Santoro visited the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH and met the director of the Directorate, Mirsad Vilić and his associates. On this occasion, Mr. Santoro congratulated to Director Vilić on his appointment, and wished him a successful professional work.

During the visit, they discussed the future regional projects in support to law enforcement agencies, which will be financed by the European Union and implemented by the Republic of Italy. They also stressed the importance of the international operational police cooperation between the Republic of Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was very successful, and possible extensions of this cooperation within the jurisdiction of the Directorate.
