On June 2, 2023. director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of B&H Mirsad Vilić received Mr.Hamdija Fejzić the president of the Organizational Committee for the commemorating of July 11, 1995, the 28th anniversary of the genocide against the "UN Safe Zone" Srebrenica Bosniaks.
Director Mirsad Vilić informed Mr. Fejzić about the activities of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies regarding security measures for the 28th anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks in the Srebrenica-Potočari Memorial Center. He pointed out that the Directorate will take all necessary measures and actions to ensure an unobstructed and dignified presence of all citizens at the commemoration of the anniversary at the Srebrenica-Potočari Memorial Center. He also pointed out that the Directorate will ensure and coordinate the arrival and stay of VIP delegations that will participate in the celebration of this anniversary.
The president of the Organizational Committee, Hamdija Fejzić, presented the activities carried out by the Committee to mark the 28th anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks. He especially thanked for the cooperation and support so far, that the Directorate continuously provides in securing this event. On this occasion, the "Flower of Srebrenica", a symbol in memory of the victims of the genocide was presented to the director Vilić.
