Munira Subašić, president of the Association “Movement of mothers of Srebrenica and Žepa”, and Hamdija Fejzić, president of the Organizational Committee for Commemorating the 11th of July 1995, visited today the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH. On that occasion, they presented the plaque to the director Mirsad Vilić for outstanding contribution and support in the realization of the commemoration of the anniversaries of genocide against “UN Safe Zone” Srebrenica Bosniaks and the burial of identified victims from July 1995.
President of Association Munira Subašić and president of the Organizational Committee Hamdija Fejzić thanked for cooperation and support so far, which the Directorate has been providing continuously during the commemoration of the genocide anniversaries in Srebrenica. During the meeting, the plans and activities of the Association, which are expected to be realized this year during the commemoration of 27th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, were presented.
Director Mirasad Vilić, who received the plaque on behalf of the Directorate, pointed out that Directorate will continue to perform tasks and duties in accordance with its responsibilities and that the priority of the Directorate is to create a safe environment for all citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
