Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH Enes Karić and his deputy Đuro Knežević received today a farewell visit from the outgoing Commander of the European Union Force in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUFOR in BiH), Major General Laszlo Sticz.
Director Karić congratulated the EUFOR Commander on a very successful mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina and wished him a successful future professional engagement. On this occasion, Karić thanked for the support that EUFOR in BiH provided to the Directorate. He also stated that the Directorate, in accordance with its legal competences, will continue to establish continuous cooperation with EUFOR in BiH, which relates to the exchange of security-related information, announcements and notifications regarding EUFOR activities carried out in BiH.
The outgoing Commander of EUFOR in BiH, Major General Laszlo Sticz, thanked director Karić for the exceptionally professional cooperation during the implementation of joint projects and activities and expressed his confidence that the successful cooperation between the Directorate and EUFOR in BiH will continue and improve in the coming period.
On this occasion, director Karić presented Major General Laszlo Sticz with a Plaque for the support and selfless assistance provided in building the capacities of the Directorate, as well as for his exceptional contribution to strengthening cooperation between the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH and EUFOR in BiH.
