Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH Enes Karić and his deputies Đuro Knežević and Goran Amidžić held a working meeting with representatives of the Trade Union of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH.
The Trade Union delegation was led by the Trade Union President Haris Salan and members of the Trade Union Board of Directors also attended the meeting.
They discussed the ongoing problems of members of the Directorate, the topics of the discussion were also changes of the Law on Police Officers of BiH regarding labor law status, changes of the regulations regulating salaries and allowances of police officers, as well as other issues related to the realization of the prescribed rights of employees in police agencies at the BiH level.
Director Karić expressed his full support for the Directorate's Union in their efforts to improve the labor law status, as well as segments concerning their working conditions and other activities that will contribute to improving the status of both police officers and civil servants, as well as employees.
The President of the DKPT BiH Union Haris Salan thanked the management of the Directorate for the open dialogue, understanding of mentioned issue, as well as the ensured conditions for the work of the Union.
