British Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina H.E. Edward Ferguson visited today the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of B&H and met with its Director, Mirsad Vilić and his deputies Uroš Pena and Mile Jurić.
In the course of the meeting, they have discussed about the activities of the Directorate in the past year with special emphasis on the protection of the British diplomatic staff as well as the embassy building in B&H. They have also considered a joint cooperation and support of the Great Britain to the Directorate through various aspects of cooperation and trainings implemented in B&H and Great Britain. The Ambassador Ferguson expressed his satisfaction in terms of the cooperation with the Directorate and offered his support for its continuation.
In this respect, they have also discussed about the challenges the Directorate is going to cope with in the forthcoming period, as well as about the possibilities of the Great Britain's assistance in this field.
On this occasion, Director Vilić handed over an appreciation letter to the Ambassador Ferguson for the successful former cooperation.
