Enes Karić, director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, received today an inaugural visit from the Internal Security Attaché/ Police Attaché of the Republic France in BiH, Colonel Philippe Gangloff and his associates.
Director Karić informed the guest about the responsibilities of the Directorate and its role in the security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also presented the future planned activities of the Directorate related to the strengthening of communication, coordination and cooperation both with the police authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and international partners, as well as the security of persons and facilities that are being protected.
Colonel Philippe Gangloff congratulated director Karić on his appointment as Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies and wished him successful work. During the meeting the guests were introduced to the Directorate’s scope of work, the organisational structure and current activities of the Directorate’s employees.
Police Attaché Gangloff pointed out that the Embassy of the Republic of France in BiH has recognised the Directorate as a reliable partner in all aspects of cooperation so far, through the exchange of information and the organization of trainings for police officers. He also expressed his belief that this cooperation will continue to take place successfully and professionally even in the future.
